problem with driver

i buy GV-N770OC-2GD and install win 7 64bit and display driver stop to reponding..after 5 sec disply recovered it says (display driver nvidia windows kernel mode driver ,version 320.49 stopped responding and has successfully recovered)

new card and newest driver from nvidia. could be a bad card or bad power in yur pc what the brand and size of the power supply.

thanks dude.........i have deepcool dq750 (750 wat)power supply and also i7 4770k ,FAN (True_Spirit120M), 2*8 gig Corsair ram,ADATA SP600 SSD,GA-Z97N-Gaming 5,dvd rom,4*12cm fan.
plz help me

It might be your PSU having a bad power, but 750W Supply is already good for your build. Might try re-installing your graphic device first with the latest driver.

First of all you need to TOTALLY remove all the old drivers. Use this link.
http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/
Note:
Select the respective company(i.e Nvidia or ATI) drivers to be uninstalled.
Use clean and restart option.
And then install the new drivers after rebooting.
