So I left my PC on during the night and when I got up this morning I found that it restarted itself...
Have no idea why it did it but it is the 1st time... Just to mention I unplugged my keyboard before I went to sleep(Cause of the lights)....2nd thing is to get my screen on in the mornings I have to put it on/off multiple times...Think its a back light problem...anyway I downloaded BlueScreenView and got the following( I did not see a blue screen only my home screen when I got to my pc)

Solution
1. Try the following Guide to: Turn your Killer E2200 NIC into Qualcomm Athero AR8161
http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/guide-turn-your-killer-e2200-nic-into-qualcomm-athero-ar8161.198899/

2. If it doesn't make a difference, see if you can find an absolute latest update for it.

3. Try replacing the driver with a compatible version from within the Windows compatible drivers list, or download one from the Qualcomm downloads. Network adapters can run with different drivers, they don't necessarily have to be the exact recommended driver.

4. There's always the option to install a different Network Card.. a PCIe x1 card in your case. You will have to disable the Qualcomm Atheros onboard chip so it doesn't interfere with network...
As you can read in the following articles, it's a driver issue... specifically the Network Adapter driver... Try updating it.

All my drivers is up to date!! Been searching on the internet and found some interesting stuff regarding the Qualcomm Atheros...Seems a lot of people with the latest MSI motherboards have this problem... They say it is the "killer E2200" that comes with the mobo drivers....

Ok will try that thanks....Will let you know if it worked...Left my PC on during the night downloading...No BSOD this time, but I left the Killer app open running in the background.....Hope this will work cuz normally I get 300-400kb/s when I download and with this new "Killer E2200" im getting around 50kb/s constant..no more than that and it sucks!!!
