I simply would like to know which would be better, as in over-all performance. If you could give tell me some benefits to each one I would gladly appreciate it.

DO NOT waste money in SLI if you are not playing 4K resolution. in 1080P SLI will get you a performance boost of around 15-20%. it mainly benefit those playing at higher resolution.

So if you are playing in 1080P definitely the GTX 770.
 

GTX 660 2GB SLI won't suffice for 4K anyway. And on a strict performance level, SLI GTX 660 is superior to one GTX 770. It's also cheaper provided that @Klanatic already has ONE GTX 660.

You cant just pull figures like that out of the air. Even at 1080p SLI can get much higher performance boost than 15-20%!
