For pure performance: GTX 660 SLI.

The benefit of a single GTX 770 is less issues with SLI and less heat.
  2. DO NOT waste money in SLI if you are not playing 4K resolution. in 1080P SLI will get you a performance boost of around 15-20%. it mainly benefit those playing at higher resolution.

So if you are playing in 1080P definitely the GTX 770.

GTX 660 2GB SLI won't suffice for 4K anyway. And on a strict performance level, SLI GTX 660 is superior to one GTX 770. It's also cheaper provided that @Klanatic already has ONE GTX 660.

You cant just pull figures like that out of the air. Even at 1080p SLI can get much higher performance boost than 15-20%!
