It could work for a while, but it definitely won't work for long. Not recommended at all.

Get a quality PSU unit, like XFX Core 550W, any Seasonic unit of 550W or above, or Corsair AX, HX, TX or RM series of 550W or above. Avoid CX or VS series from Corsair, they are office PSUs and not really designed for a gaming machine.
