I have a phenom x2 545 @3Ghz
Asus M2N68-AM Plus mobo
4GB(2x2) ddr2 transcend ram(400Mhz)
Geforce 7025 inbuilt
320gb western digital hard disk
Samsung 19inch sync master
Windows 7
I-ball LPE223-400 PSU. http://www.kunhar.com/vipcabinets/downloads/smps-comparision-chart.pdf
I want to buy a graphic card under 7k strictly. Here is the complication. All i have is 7k and i unable to get more to upgrade my PSU. Plus my cabinet is a small sized one and my PSU is 105mm in height and once when it had gone dead i couldn't fit a friend's corsair 500w PSU. It was too big.
I got a replacement for the dead psu n am using it since. Now even if i somehow find money for psu i need a bigger cabinet which means more money. According to http://extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine using R240 with my current rig at 100% system load i'll need a min 291w and max 340w power. If i use R250 min is 319w and max is 369w. So can i buy R250 or should be cautious and go for R240(or is there any other better card in this price range?)? I'll play at 1360x728 and want to play at as high settings as possible. First few games i'm planning to play in no order are Far cry 3-Ghost Recon Advanced Warfare-NFS Most Wanted(latest)-Hitman:Absolution-GTA 5-Crysis-Max Payne 3-Flatout Ultimate Carnage-Doom 3-Dirt 3 etc. R240 is 5k and R250 is 7k. I'm from india. Is it worth the extra 2k for R250? Thanks for the help in advance and for having the patience to read such a long post. :)

That Depends on your resolution,
If your using 1366 x 768 resolution then R7 240 GDDR5 will be enough which costs around 5.2k .
but a better power supply is must or else you'll blow your system anytime so get an Standard ATX case and get atleast VS350.
but even if you've an micro-ATX case then also you can fit VS-350 in it.

Thanks for the response. Last time i tried to fit a standard sized psu i couldn't. It just wouldn't go in. Too wide for it to go into the spot. And i can't adjust and put it somewhere else also :p
Is there any small sized PSU? I couldn't find any on the web. And yeah i'll game at 1366x768. That's my monitor's max res.
