Hi guys juat want to know your opinions on this build and to give some advice if anything needs to be tweaked?
Cpu - AMD 8320 Vishera
Cpu Cooler - CM Hyper 212 Evo
Mb - Asus Sabertooth 990fx R2.0
Ram - Kingston Fury Black 8gb 2x4gb
Gfx - Sapphire R9 270x 2gb
Ssd - Samsung 840 evo 120gb
Hd - WD Caviar Blue 500gb
Case - Corsair Carbide 200r
Psu - Corsair cx600m
Os - Windows 8.1

Looks good except for the power supply. The CX is only a tier 3 power supply on http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html. They have also had a number of problems reported on this forum including poor volktage control (cheap capacitors) and badly moulded 24 pin motherboard connectors.

Try a better quality power supply eg Seasonic 520, XFX 550 or Antec HCG 520M

It's only because I don't use a lot of storage like when I had a laptop with 500gb I only used about 120gb of it and if I was to overclock would I need a better psu or cpu cooler?

No need of 600 or 650W psu,
your system will need max to max 500W of power at full load so get an Seasonic M12II 520 if possible,
if cable management is not an issue then you can use a Seasonic S12II 520.

well the storage is up to u i have just suggested that because why take 500gb when u are getting double for just 10 bucks extra.....
