PC Build Need Help Picking up right parts

Here is the build the main problem I have is that the case is ATX but the motherboard does say its Micro ATX It doesn't have any compatibly issues on the site but I don't want to wast time and money so I would like if an expert builder can confirm this will work. I would also take any part changes and suggestions you have the only things I want to keep set are the case 450D PSU and Graphics card. I have I have exactly $560 to buy the rest of the parts beside PSU and the case.
