So i have currently a Dell 17" LCD on 1280x1024
My Specs are as follow:
Core i5 2400
4gb ddr3 ram( will upgrade)
Inno3d Gtx 750 ti (OC) ( Is inno3d a good company, i have 11 months warranty left)
400w Evergreen PSU ( Cheap :(  )

So i am buying a new TV for my room and believe it would be nice to have PC setup there as well and use wireless mouse and keyboard.

So there are many company's out there and the size i prefer is 32" and distance for TV would be 6-12feet ( 10 feet mostly)
So here are my questions.
Q-32" monitors are more expensive so what will i be missing if i use TV for gaming using HDMI.
Q-LCD vs LED.
Q-1366x768 vs 1980x1080? Well this question is difficult. Cuz the shop guy says at 6 feet differnce or more you cant tell which one is 1080p and which once is 768p. If that is so i would be able to get more fps at 768p as new games are coming and my would struggle at 1080p and i would be forced to reduce settings.

Go for 1080p. 720p in 32" isnt a nice experience, the pixels are just too big.

Better to be able to run 1080p and lower detail settings then run 720p with higher detail settings IMO.

^+1.
The res is fine...For TV and at 6-10 feet distance but games produce a more exacting picture (less fuzz from the source) so the pixels are far more noticeable, which will force you into using performance sapping anti aliasing to compensate.
Trust us, it'll be better to run at 1080 res with lower details and no AA than 760 with heavy AA to compensate.
Anyway, don't they have HDTV in your part of the world. ;)  < Sarcasm.
