Hi I have a windows hp pavilion 23 all in one PC. And a few months ago I downloaded minecraft then a little after that it would crash so I refreshed it to try and help and it worked for a few days then it crashed a handful of times. So now like a month or two ago I downloaded a game called smite and now it's been crashing and black screening after so long so I once again refreshed it and it slightly helped but it would only black screen. We have norton and it hasn't said anything about a virus and I updated whatever I could have and now I get a blue screen of death which may possibly crash in that screen. But I all I know is if you aren't playing a game it usually lasts longer before black screening and what not. I don't know the specs or whatever they are called but I someone can give me suggestions on what to do that would be nice I apologize for this being so long but any help is appreciated. Also I have deleted all games that I can and it still will crash and what not.

It sounds as if it is overheating honestly. If it happens more often when gaming, your temps would normally be a lot higher and cause a shutdown/black screen sooner than just doing everyday normal computing.

PS: I never recommend an all in one PC. Too many issues, and if something goes wrong you have to do without a computer for long periods of time. Maybe consider that in your future purchases.

Alright thank you I was thinking of restoring it To the factory defaults but then I feel though as if my mom might get mad at me cause she partially thinks all this is my fault but thank you for answering,
