I'm about to buy used gpu "GIGABYTE RADEON 7750 HD 1GB GDDR5 OC"

My PC specs:
- Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo " Here "
- Processor: Intel Core2Due E7500 2.93GHz
- Ram: 1x Kingston 4GB DDR3 1066MHz
- Power Supply: Traditional PSU 450W
- Hard Disk: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
- System: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit
+ 1 Case fan
So will it work good ? and is the PSU enough ? Thanks..
