I have OCed my i5 2400 3.1GHz to 3.6GHz and I was wondering if it will bottleneck the Sapphire r9 280x 3gb vapor x?

Thanks in advanced!

Even at stock speed there isn't really a "bottleneck".

Nope. Notta. No way.

So go ahead and have fun with that. It'll max out most games easily.

So I should not get this GPU with my CPU even at stock speed?

I saying there is no problem for the gpu to run 100% of its potential performance with an i5 2400 3.1Ghz.

No. You are wrong. He/She said to get the 280x and the i5 that you have will not hold you back.
