Hi,

I was just wondering if anybody could suggest a good graphics card for a new build I'm doing for my Gran. She plays Civilization (and Facebook Games but that's not really going to be important hardware wise) 5 and will get the new Civilization in October too, and I want something that will comfortably run them, but is not too pricey.

I was thinking of the MSI GT630? I don't need the graphics on Ultra, just a decent card that will get the job done.

Going to be (very probably atleast) running the Anniversary Edition Intel Pentium, with 4GB RAM on an MSI Micro-ATX Board.

Any help would be appreciated

(I'm brand loyal, so I'd like to stick with MSI if possible)

MSI makes a twin frozr GTX 750ti. This card can hold Skyrim on ultra settings and Metro Last Light on Medium very well (30-40 fps). It runs quiet and is fairly cheap (~120 bucks). Civ 5 is very CPU demanding, thought, and you might consider to get top of the line Pentium processor.

Hope this help!

As a Radeon fellow, myself, I'd recommend a MSI r7 250, or r7 260x. They're within your brand loyalty to MSI, but not NVIDIA! You would just need to ensure you've got a moderate enough PSU to power that r7 260x.
