help me upgrade my graphics card 400$ to spend

right now i have a cx 600 pwr supply
an asus motherboard
an asus radeon 7770 series graphics card
8 gb of ram
2 fans
1 terabyte hdd not an ssd
and a amd fx 4130 core processor

I dont do anything else but gaming and watching youtube vids on my pc

With your CPU, you may not be able to go into the $400 GPU range without a bad bottleneck. I recently had to replace my FX6300 because it bottlenecked my r9 290 quite terribly.

That said, I would strongly recommend the r9 270x. It's a solid gaming card for a solid price (roughly $200), and your PSU should have no problem powering it.
