Hi guys,
I've been thinking about setting up RAID 0 for a while but my only worry is that if one drive fails then everything is gone. Obviously I can backup, but is there any type of RAID that offers close to or the same performance as RAID 0 but not everything is gone if one drive fails?

Thanks,
Raf.

think RAID 1 = mirroring

Hardware RAID5 with 3 drives, with 7200rm SATAII/III you will have about 210MB/s read-write or more
And protect with one failed drive.
You can try MB's RAID but it kind of hit and miss
