since I installed my new GIGABYTE R9270x graphics card this morning my pc didnt show up its display 
is that a motherboard matching issues? and my pc is like starts and restarts in an every minute for like 10-20 times whenever i pull up my power button on, it repeats the same process of restarting so now i unstalled my graphics card and it works perfect but yeah still its showing up the message of " anti surge protected your computer" when i shut down my pc it automatically restarts and repeat that same message related to anti surge
my specs:
core i7 3770k
asus p8z77v-lk
kinsgton 4gb hyperX
CORSAIR vs650 psu (tier 3)
