Can I use an H100 on a z97 board?

I am buying parts for a new build and I am planning to buy the new Asrock z97 Extreme 6. I already have an H100 but I was wondering if z97 boards still support it. Can I still use it or should I upgrade to an H100i?

H100 system requirements (according to Corsair website):


Compatible Intel CPU socket types: Intel LGA 775, 1155, 1156, 1366, and 2011.
Compatible AMD CPU socket types: AM2 and AM3.

Hydro Series H100 requires a case with dual 120mm fan mounts with 15mm spacing for a 240mm radiator.

So fas mobo is concern, H100 will work on this mobo. 1150 has the same mounting space as the 1155. Be sure to check the compatibility of h100 with the pc case
