Which graphic card i should buy?
My PC specification
Intel dual core processor
3.00 ghz
32 bit
1 gb ram
Is 32 bit is enought to upgrade ram upto 4 gb?

Honestly, this system is too old to be upgraded in any meaningful way. You could upgrade it, but it would cost almost as getting a whole new build. Dual core with 1 gb are your main issue here, and then the graphics card. The power supply most likely as well if you decide to upgrade.
