No taskbar or icons even in safe mode, virus scan finds nothing, system restore doesn't work either.

I don't know how to check to see if another monitor is installed, I had an old monitor hooked up to it, it was blurry so I got a newer flat screen for it, it worked great until updates installed. And I can't access the internet to download malwarebytes, I've tried.
