VGA Monitors but DVI outputs

Solution

Search for the over-/underscan-parameter in AMD control center and set it to 0%. That will fix it.
But your monitors have HDMI ports? Use one HDMI-to-HDMI--cable for one monitor and a DVI-to-HDMI-adapter-cabel for the other. The apters you selected are passive and will only work on one of the DVI-Ports, because the other is a DVI-D port without VGA signal.

The HDMI is weird... It's not full screen, it's smaller than my screen and it isn't 1920x1080.

Can you find me a good quality adapter on microcenter

a DVI-to-HDMI-Adapter for the second monitor? The cheapest you can get! It's only plastic and some copper. No electronic involved.

I connected that and it wouldn't work at all.. I couldn't get to 1920x1080.
The adapter is a Male DVI-D Dual Link

More details please! What do you mean by "couldn't get to 1920x1080"? You can not select this resolution in Windows or what?
