I get medium to high frames on some games life fallout and rust, etc. but when I play arma 2, arma 3, dayz sa, the forest , etc? even on low setting my frames are so bad. Help

I have a amd a10-6800k Richland quad core
Zotac GeForce gtx 650 ti
Corsair 600 w powersupply
Cooler master elite case
Asrock micro fm2 motherboard

Note: my cpu seems to get a little warm but not burning hot.

Download and run the freeware utility GPU-Z from here:

http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

You can monitor your GPU load on the Sensors tab page.

If the GPU load is pegged at 100% during your low frame rates then a more powerful graphics card will definitely be a noticeable benefit.
Depending on the game, your settings in it and the resolution, 15-23 may be normal for your system. A demanding game at a high resolution would need a faster system than yours.

Get some details about the games, your settings in them and what the frame rates are.

You do have a bit over a low end system, so your system is good to run pretty much any game at medium settings at playable frame rates.

The highest it gets on arma 2 is 37/47 percent for cpu. N gpu idk, it's a 650 ti, but I play on low settings

A 760 is clearly faster than the 650, as long as the games are not CPU limited, you will see a nice boost.
