I am planning to build my first PC for gaming and was wondering how well this set up would work, I am trying to limit myself under $600. I will probably be sticking to games like Fallout 3, new Vegas, Skyrim, Civ V, and GTA V and Civ beyond earth when they come out. I probably won't be playing anything too intensive like battlefield or anything but I would still like the PC to be able to if I change my mind. I would also like to know if graphics mods for fallout or skyrim, increase the demand on the graphics card (I'm assuming it does) and would this build be able to support most of them. This would be my first PC build and I am very excited to get started, any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Note* I have a 17'' monitor and a sound system already but I will probably buy a new monitor around black Friday or Christmas. Also do cases come with coolers and if so do I really need the Rosewill cooler?

Solution
The cooler is for the CPU, not the case, but the CPU does come with one. I would recommend using the original cooler instead of the Rosewill and then getting something a little bit better like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo for $30-$40 later on if you don't want to spend the money now. The case will come with 2 120mm fans, but if you want fans for the top you will need to buy them.

The rest of the build looks good.

Great budget gaming PC, and with a 620-watt PSU, you can upgrade to any graphics card you like later on. No need for a CPU cooler right now. The stock cooler will be just fine, and you can always get a better one later.
