I need some help i want to create a gaming/security PC with the requirements: 4 GHz Quad core, 4 hard drives so i could change (2linux/2Windows), 32GB RAM, minimum 2GB or higher VCARD , best liquid cooled so i can overclock everything to the max.

I guess you have a 4k or multi monitor setup or else 3k is way too much... Also why 4 hard drives ? Is there a specific reason for that? You can partition a single hdd if you just need quad boot...
