Yes wifi switch is on and card is there too

Your post does not make it clear which OS you are using, Ubuntu or Windows 8.1? There are drivers for Win 8.1 64 bit on the support site, but there are a few of them. Look in Device Manager, go to the properties of the wireless adapter for the hardware ID and do a search for that string online. It should give you the chipset in the wireless card to help you find the proper drivers.

Hi there I have Os 8.1 windows but previously by default was Ubuntu Os
Loaded with8.1 and then no wifi symbols also network adapter driver is missing
As LAN working so my concern with drivers that can support Ubuntu specific system to windows 8.1
I will try your link and tell you is it helpfull or not
But thanks for your answe

You will need seperate drivers for ubuntu OS and for Windows 8. The windows 8 drivers will be availible form HP, you may have to look up your specific wifi chip model and then search for linux drivers that way (so if say your wifi chip was an intel 6235 then you would search for intel 6235 linux drivers
