Replacing Dead Mobo, Help!

Girlfriend spilled a diet coke on my desktop and it wont post or anything now. I'd like the keep everything I had and just replace the motherboard. I had an Asus P6t SE. Any suggestions or insight? Thanks!

if u spilled liquid on it thats not covered by rma. so u cant return it.
