i have netgear adsl+wifi router , now i purchase a d link wifi router without adsl can i connect with netgear adsl+wifi router
can i connect wifi router with adsl+wifi router and how?

Well you can use the dlink as an access point just using the wireless function and letting the Netgear handle DHCP and other routing functions. If you wish you can turn off the wireless functions of the Netgear and just use it as a router.
What are you trying to accomplish? Why did you but the Dlink?
