Basically, I had my 8350 multiplier overclocked to 4.5 but it wasn't stable. Cool and Quiet was off, the setting was not tampered with basically since the moment I got my 8350. So, I decided to CPU/NB overclock it, and suddenly, cool and quiet starts doing its thing. I'd just like to know how to turn it off if it's already off in the BIOS? Thanks in advance.
