I have already been advised a good one, the Gigabyte 970A-UD3P Motherboard (SR 71 Blackbird).

Video Card is a Sapphire Dual-X Radeon R9 270X OC 2GB.

I am looking to see if there are any others for less than maybe around $100 (slightly more is possible, don't exceed $110), so does anyone have any good AM3+ motherboards that they recommend, that are good for the money? Supports at least 1866 speed RAM, SATA 6gb/s, CrossFireX support, etc.

Solution

The one with the highest original price has to be the best... The 1st one GA-990FXA-UD3 was $159.99, second ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0 was $139.99 and the GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P was $109.99.
Both I suggested have the heatpipe cooler for the MOSFETs and North bridge and have a better chipset, but the better buy would be the GA-990FXA-UD3 simply because it was originally priced at $160.00
Compare the first two against the 970A-UD3

GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard $107.99 Saving of: $52.00 (33%)
