Dial up connection not connecting

I use a 3g sim alongwith a dongle. One certain day my connection got disrupted and ever since then i'm unable to connect to the internet using that particular sim. I've called up the customer care and they assured it wasnt an issue from their behalf. Surprisingly, when i used the dongle with other sim cards, it connected seamlessly. I've tried resetting the winsock and tcp/ip settings, deleted the redundant network profiles from registry settings but to no avail. It seems formatting my computer is the last resort. Please help.

Have you a access to a PC which you can try the USB 3G dongle and SIMM
Use it some are where wireless & network connection is not working

Just to see if problem with sim exists so it is expired or too much data used

I do not think dial up networking is correct one to use
Term used with v90 or 92 modems upto 56kbs speed this is not broadband

If 3G USB works in your PC but with different sim unlikely to be internet settings

You could try to create a new user account log into that account and try re installing software.
( is software on 3G USB device?)

Google ipconfig. For options to reset networking settings

No mate, i've tried using the same dongle with the sim in my laptop. It worked perfectly. The problem lies in the pc. I've tried resetting every single tcp/ip settings. Even when i created a new connection with the exact sim...the problem stays the same.
Yeah i've reinstalled the dongle's drivers too. Didnt help
