Nice deal! However, Corsair's CX series PSU's are known to be of low quality. If you don't want the PSU, you can get just the case from here for the same price of $89.99:

well at that point you might as well just get the bundle and sell/give the psu away. but yeah quite the deal, the case is nice. If I were in the market for a new build I'd probably snag it and shelf the PSU. I've never been a fan of Corsair's PSU's after going through 3 AX860's due to coil whine before finally just giving up and getting a refund.
