So I have laptop with i5-3210m (2.5Ghz with Turbo boos to 3.1Ghz). I'm editing videos daily in adobe premier and usually it takes about 10-15 minutes to render a video. While its rendering my laptop goes to 95C (its max is 105C). I kinda already know that's bad but its laptop maybe its typical for laptops, and its not all day on max temperature how bad it can be. Also does laptop coolers help or not at all? Thank you.

P.S: I live in Cyprus and its really hot at summer here.

That is extremely hot. Maybe your fans are going out or your heatsinks need cleaned. I have never had a laptop get over 90C and I think that is too hot. I would try to blow out the fans, and maybe try to clean the heatsinks if you know how to do so.
