I'm having this weird occurrence where the sound from videos/live streams won't play until I move my mouse, but the video starts as normal (without the sound and without moving mouse). As soon as I move my mouse, the video stops and the sound beings playing, and it's as if the sound is catching up to the video, and once the sound does catch up to the video to where they're in sync, the video plays normally.

I tried re-installing Adobe flash thinking that was the issue, but to no avail. Same goes for my AMD Radeon video driver.

So I ask thee, community of tom's hardware, what should be my next move?

Win 7 64bit
AMD Radeon HD 6950 (outdated but still kickin')
i5 2500k OC'D 4.0 GHz
16GB DDR3 Corsair Vengeance
ASUS P8Z68-V LX

Let me know if you need more specs to help determine the cause.

Let me mention that I do have a Razer Naga, so that Razer Synapse is installed. I re-installed Synapse/Naga driver as well but the problem persists.

Thank you

Ah, figured it out. After installing software and drivers one after the other, it turns out it was my Line 6 driver for my GX device for recording and playing music.
