Hello all, I have this problem on my Laptop. Two days ago, a huge storm hit and the power went out, knocking my modem out while I was playing TF2 (Team Fortress 2) on the same Laptop. When this happened my Modem restarted and wouldn't scan the upload speed and download speed and was stuck like that for two hours before it finally started up all the way. Everything seemed normal, I still had great connection while playing games that required internet (My average ms is 52 but usually drops to 15) and I can access my browser with ease. Though, whenever I try to upload or download something, it downloads at a minimum of 3.62 kbs and a maximum of 32 kbs. Usually my upload it at 5.2 mbs and my download is at 6.1 mbs.
If possible can someone help me solve this problem, it would be greatly appreciate it.
