Solution
Two issues I can see:
1. The power supply is not great, something from XFX, Antec, Seasonic, EVGA (SuperNOVA G2 and P2 units only), or Corsair (TX, HX, and AX units only) should do.
2. That cooler is too tall for your case, use PCPartPicker to find out what cases are compatible with your cooler. I would recommend the Corsair 300R.

Solution
Yes, the 300R is a high quality case and can easily fit your cooler. A ~650W PSu should do.

The CPU is pretty good, but if you want to go Intel (more powerful), you'll probably have to pay a bit more. Right now the FX-8320 is probably the best bang for your buck.

No problem :)

I'm a bit conflicted on the FX-8350. I bought it myself, but the 8320 is the same CPU with a bit lower clockspeed. If you can find the 8350 for $10 more then it might be worth it, otherwise not; You should be able to overclock your 8320 to match the 8350 pretty easily.

Will this PSU work? It was recommended to me on a previous build.
EVGA SuperNOVA 650G1 650W ATX12V Power Supply 120-G1-0650-XR

Other than that I am ordering. I'm excited.

Well it's not really that bad, but try to get one of the PSUs I mentioned earlier. If you can't, that one should do.
