I am infected with a weird sort of virus?

Hello , so this has been going on for like 2 or 3 days now , i uninstalled my old antivirus because it wasn´t actually defending my pc not sure why , and when i tried to download a free antivirus from microsoft it gave me a error , then i though it was just a virus that could easily be removed with Malware Bytes , but when i tried to install it this errors appear

I just cant run or download any type of anti virus or malware defender on my pc can you guys help me?

Alright so i downloaded it , sorry i was watching the game between brazil and germany , now i have a bunch of files what i do?
