Would you recommend a water cooler for my build?

This is my complete build. I would like to know if anyone would recommend me a water cooler for my build or is it fine as is? If so which water cooler would you recommend for my build?

Are you overclocking the chip? If you aren't, no need for liquid cooling with that setup.

Liquid cooling is to accomplish one of the 3 following objectives:
1 Overclocking
2 Make your PC Silent
3 Make your PC cool looking.

If you are not interested in any of those, there is almost no other reason to go with water cooling.
