Ok so basically I have an AMD FX-6100 CPU and a Evga 750ti Superclocked GPU.
And I have been experiencing lag on some games that defiantly shouldn't lag.
Any help?

The 1st gen Bulldozer should not bottleneck that card. What resolution? Do you try to run a lot of other stuff while you game? Is the system pretty clean of resource wasting apps that start with windows? Give CCleaner a run and do the Clean and Registry portions both. Try to disable stuff running in the background you don't need while gaming.

Simple answer it not bottle necking the gpu. 750ti is a great budget card but member don't expect it to perform like a 760 or 770.
If your experiencing "lag" low fps try changing your video settings. or maybe Lag as in network lag?
