Any specific needs like number of USB ports on the back or anything like that?

By 4th gen CPUs you mean Haswell correct?

8gb ram i think minimum 2000 mhz
gpu did not planned yet but not that power full and single not dual

You should look at the i5 4690k as it is the newest model and has MUCH better overclocking potential.
