For 720p 60fps streaming to twitch, you'll need around 3500kbps.

If that 10-11 is in Mbps, then you should have more than enough.

It wouldn't make a difference in encoding, because that's hardware based on your end.

oh, and btw, one last question for you if you dont mind, my download speed is 35-40 and upload is 10-11, does that help?

yes it is in mbps, I think I will try it, and if it doesn't go well, I will stop. I'm worried about overheating as well :/
