Hey guys, I've got the MSI GeForce GTX 760 a few time ago, and I've checked out on a few vids the same GPU performing much better on better graphic defs on GTA IV.

These are my specs:

Intel Core i5 3450 3.10Ghz @ 3,9Ghz OC
MSI GeForce GTX 760
Sata HDD 1TB
Kingston HyperX Beast 8Gb (2x4)
PSU: An American MegaTrends one (loud as hell)

So that was my question, I'm gonna put my GTA IV defs here and in my opinion are pretty low, I don't know what the problem is (Yes I know GTA IV is a hell of a bad port but still)

Code:
Statistics
Average FPS: 66.42
Duration: 37.01 sec
CPU Usage: 54%
System memory usage: 48%
Video memory usage: 55%

Graphics Settings

Texture Quality: High
Shadow Quality: High
Reflection Resolution: High
Water Quality: Very High
Texture Filter Quality: Anisotropic x4

View Distance: 25
Detail Distance: 31

Hardware
Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
Service Pack 1
Video Adapter: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760

Hell I've seen people running ENB series and getting around 50fps.

Thanks in advance.

Solution
I say it runs ok, GTA IV is poorly coded and new gear seem to run the game equal or worse..
Not much you can do I guess.

BTW anything above 60 fps is barely noticeable anyway. Your brains and eyes cannot notice more than 60 FPS anyway.
