High cpu temps

Solution
Your temperatures are fine I think mate, mine is brand spanking new and I get those temperatures and don't forget the 4 series has integrated graphics which add to heat. I really wouldn't worry about it.

have you cleaned the heat sink/radiato. is your cpu block seated correctly, did you apply enough thermal paste.

if all of the above are irreverent what is your cooling set up and what have you tried to fix it?

i would suggest cleaning all fans and heatsinks remove the cooler and re do the thermal paste then check your fans past that you need to adress your airflow of your case
