this is what i got for my amd gamin pc give me your thoughts about it and how i can improve it if its bad

sapphire radeonr 270x

The parts alone of the assembled pc that you've mentioned cost around 1000 bucks, so its quite a good deal, but the build that 6R1M01R3 said with the 4690k and the r9280 is a hell of a deal.
