I'm looking for a GPU that won't bottleneck a CPU that I'm getting.
I would like for it to be able to play Arma in high or ultra settings with good fps.
It almost most be capable of playing BF4 in high with good fps.


CPU: AMD 760K Richland Quad-Core 3.8GHz

Id like a GPU for $130 that plays high and ultra too, there is a reason $500 video cards exist. At that price point the best you are gonna do is a 750 Ti or a used 660 Ti or something along those lines. AMD has some offerings in that price range as well.

it's a weak CPU, so a cheap 750ti won't bottleneck it. However you'll only be able to play low-mid settings. As said above, there's a reason why some people spend $200-300 on the CPU and $400-500 on the GPU and that's to play ultra.
