My graphics card is not being used!

Hi all,
I've an issue with gfx card. I have an HD 7990 and for some reason its only using one core with some games and not being used at all in others.

Reinstalled ccc14.4 and physcally reinstalled the actual card again too. ULPS is set at 0 because core 2 was constantly at 99%. Tried it set at 1 but no change apart from GPU 2 goes back to 99%. It was running perfectly until my old PSU (XFX Pro series 750 gold) failed.
Crysis 3 is @1fps. It must be using the onboard. I've reinstalled it but no change
Medal of honor war fighter @7fps
Grid Autosport @79fps using only one core. Used to run @156fps

Are you sure you're not running on integrated graphics? Make sure it's disabled in CMOS.

MSI board only offers me PEG or IGD. The motherboard is set to PEG

Ew, I don't bother with AMD graphics any more. Regardless, make sure that your card is being powered using the external power ports on the outside of the card. If you have a modular power supply, make sure the cables are securely plugged into it. Try using different cables, they may be bad. Test your power supply for constant voltage.

Well, its sort of fixed. The issue must lie with the latest of origin dlc. A friend bought over a noughty version of crysis 3 version 1 I think and it worked perfectly. Auto sport is now fine too since codemasters released an update for crossfired machines. So in a nutshell the card it self is fine with drivers 13 to 14.6.
