I'm not sure what happened, I restarted and now everything is bjorked.

I have no sound. My computer is reading that there is nothing plugged in for speakers (there is). I notice that sometimes my computer is a bit jolty, sometimes it slows down doing simple things. I go to Youtube and it says an 'unexpected error has occurred' and the video doesn't load. However if I go to another video site, like Twitch, the video works, just no sound.

I tried pulling up a game, but all that happened was the screen went black and it pretty much stalled my computer. I had to do a hard turn-off via the power supply.

I tried system restore, running malware, updating adobe and my video drivers, and still nothing works. I'm thinking it might be my hardware, maybe something died? My computer is pretty old. Any ideas, please?
