virus avg problems

hi , i need help with avg , it keep on wanting me to shut down my laptop each time it finds a trogen virus , i have thought of AVAST, can i have your expert option as to what to do , ,one more thing , i have avg coming up all the time on the right hand bottom corner of my lap top , ,how do i stop this thing from doing it , damm pain in the you know what ,

hi pal, can i ask you a direct question , is their a member in toms web that i can trust to go on to remote and see if they can completely try and get rid of my virus,s and re program my hard drive for me to bring back to new condition on windows 7 . my email , lenwelsh@rocketmail.com

I would not advise you to allow someone to remotely access your computer you never know if someone with malicious intent is reading this forum and will attempt to take advantage of you. Download Malwarebytes and Norton Power Eraser and run those, those should remove the malware on your computer.
