Run the pc once without the graphics card and let windows detect and install drivers to the mobo and what ever other basics it needs.
Shut it off and install the card.
Now reboot with the evga disk that came with your card in your disk drive and let windows install those drivers from there just checl for any updates needed and reboot.
You should be fine from there.
