Buying new Card $200 to spend Best bang for your buck? (Canada)
jax37
Hey guy's I'm looking to buy a new card this weekend right now I'm running
Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H
Intel I3-3240 3.40 GHz
16 GB Ram
Ultra 550 W Power Supply (It's not much I know)
Windows 8 64-Bit
I'm also just running the onboard graphics
I'd like to get the card from either Newegg or TigerDirect since i will be able to pick up from both of them easily and rather not wait.
Monitor resolution is 1440x900
As for overclocking and the SLI or crossfire i don't really know i guess maybe to both.
As for what i was looking at I'm not really sure it's my first time actually looking i was thinking maybe the Geforce GTX 750 Ti or the R7 260x If you guys know of anything better that can keep me in my 200 dollar budget (taxes included) would be great.

Because you have a lower quality monitor than the standard 1920x1080 I would recommend the r7 265 or r7 260x. These cards will easily max out that resolution. However if you believe that you might upgrade your monitor to 1080 than for around $170 you can get a r9 270x. This will play most games game's including BF4 at ultra. But if you stay at your current resolution stick to a card previously mentioned. Hope I helped.
Sapphire are the best in my opinion! -
Get the Sapphire R7 265 Dual-X http://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00IN71T34. It is by far the best performing card in your price range.

Yep, go for it! -
I Didn't want to start a new thread because i felt it wasn't necessary. I've decided to get a R9 270 but just wondering if there is any difference to these cards really? Would like to buy one of the cheaper ones if they're the same thing really so i can save some money to hopefully squeeze in buying a DVI cable.
