Asrock g41c-gs isint accepting more ram

I have an Asrock g41c-gs so today I went I bought a kingston hyper x 4gb ram memory so I installed it then when I boot up the computer with the 4gb that I installed when I boot it up I dont get video can someone help me im using windows 7 32 bit

If your old RAM still works and the new stick doesn't work in any other slot, I'd be inclined to say dead RAM. You can try the new stick in another computer or just go straight to an RMA with the seller.

I would also try installing the new RAM, pulling the CMOS battery to reset the BIOS, and then trying to boot again.
