what's the best gpu for gaming and performance and framerate

like watch dogs and crysis 3 and far cry 3

Watch Dogs used to have problems with AMD GPUs, but I think they released a patch about that. Seeing as though Watch Dogs doesn't use PhysX technology for physics, I don't really think you need to worry about AMD not having that feature.

Crysis 3 is not something I know about off the top of my head, but I think it is AMD optimized. CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG.

Far Cry 3 is optimized for AMD.

Exactly what cards are you looking at? I might be able to recommend cards with those GPUs:
This card uses the R9 280, but there's no huge difference between it and the 280X.

r9 280x any day but it all really depends on your budget

In my opinion, the AMD card is better because it supports Mantle. Mantle is essentially DirectX on steroids, and that will probably be useful in the future as more games start supporting it.
