power requirements for M5a97 LE 2.0

My build set up is as follows: Asus M5a97 LE R2.0 with 8GB Hyper X 1600 RAM, ATI Radeon HD 5450 512mb graphics card, Kingston 120GB SSD, 1TB HDD and a 420 watt Cooler Master fan. I want to upgrade to an AMD FX 8120 or higher CPU. Is my current PSU powerful enough or should I upgrade and will I need a water cooler or is the stock fan fine?

which model is it specifically?

there are some nice CM ones and some not so nice ones
a nice 420W one would do fine with the 8120 or higher
I also suggest the 83x0 of some kind over the 81x0
